The ideal candidate has strong back\-end expertise with **Laravel and PHP**, combined with solid front\-end experience using modern JavaScript frameworks. This role requires versatility, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.
