We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. **Requirements:** Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Experience** : 3 years. **Responsibilities:** Audit and redesign Linux servers to optimize performance and security. Design infrastructure based on containers and decoupled services. Implement containerization with Docker following best practices. Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters (bare\-metal or cloud). Set up efficient load balancers (NGINX, HAProxy or cloud). Implement high availability, replication, and fault recovery. Apply server hardening and access control. Automate deployments and maintenance. Document architecture and train the technical team. **Desirable:** Experience with autoscaling, rolling updates. Knowledge of multi-cluster or multi-tenant environments. CI/CD integrated with Kubernetes, use of Helm or Kustomize. **Technical Requirements:** Advanced experience with Linux servers (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS). Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of networking, internal DNS, and firewalls. Experience with load balancers (NGINX, HAProxy, ELB).
