




We are seeking a Marketing Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer to join a dynamic analytics team that is building end\-to\-end solutions for digital marketing performance. You’ll work directly with senior leadership on high\-impact projects, helping transform raw marketing data into actionable insights that drive strategy. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team where ownership, autonomy, and technical excellence are highly valued. **Responsibilities:** * Own end\-to\-end data workflows: from ingesting marketing data via APIs (GA4, GSC, Adobe, and other third\-party tools) to modeling, transforming, and visualizing it. * Design and maintain data warehouses (Snowflake or BigQuery) and build reliable ETL/ELT pipelines. * Automate workflows and orchestrations using Airflow, ADF, or DBT Cloud. * Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to support stakeholders with actionable insights. * Translate raw marketing data into clear metrics and narratives that support business and campaign decisions. * Collaborate with a team of 5–6 data professionals, reporting directly to the VP of Analytics. * Take ownership of projects rather than working in isolated “tickets.” **Requirements:** * SQL expertise and strong data modeling skills * Experience with data warehouse design (Snowflake or BigQuery) * Proven track record building ETL/ELT pipelines * API integrations with marketing platforms (GA4, GSC, Adobe, etc.) * Workflow automation with Airflow, ADF, or DBT Cloud * Dashboard development in Tableau and/or Power BI * Solid understanding of marketing metrics and digital marketing data **Nice to Have:** * Python for automation and scripting * Experience with DBT or Matillion * Advanced data visualization \& storytelling skills * SEO / GEO domain knowledge * Familiarity with data governance and compliance **Benefits:** * Flexible, remote\-first setup with collaboration across global teams * Exposure to cutting\-edge data engineering and marketing analytics practices
