REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science or related field Required TECHNICAL SKILLS: * 1\-3 years of experience in client-facing roles in information and communications technology required * Fluency (reading and writing) in English and Spanish. (High proficiency) * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification required within 1\-1/2 years and * JNCIA within 180 days required RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitoring and troubleshooting of information and communications infrastructure * Collects and logs incidents and continues with fault isolation and problem resolution. * Coordinates with other technical support areas and vendors, including RMA. * Provides periodic updates on incident status. * Delivers final reports RFO (Reason for Outage) or RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for each incident. * Monitors alarms and status for security, connectivity, and performance of critical infrastructure. * Acts as liaison between various support groups during system outages and works with external vendors or service providers to resolve outage issues. * Meticulous time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision. * Compliance with change management processes. * Fraud management, detection, and mitigation. * Monitors traffic behavior and detects anomalies. * Detects fraud and executes mitigation procedures BENEFITS: * Belong to the América Móvil group. * Official salary from day one. * Corporate health insurance covered at 50% (optional). * Corporate agreements. * 1/2 free day on your birthday.
