These roles will focus on architecting and managing a new policy administration platform within a highly regulated insurance environment. The ideal candidates will have deep expertise in **Microsoft Azure**, **Terraform**, and cloud security best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic design and infrastructure planning in a mature, stable, and collaborative work environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Architect and manage scalable and secure **Azure cloud solutions**. * Define and implement standard patterns for **PaaS** and **IaaS** deployments. * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud costs. * Implement and enforce **security policies** to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. * Configure **virtual networks**, **firewalls**, and **access controls**. **Qualifications and Skills** * **Advanced/Fluent English** (spoken and written). * Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science** or a related field. * Proven experience with **Microsoft Azure** (experience with **AWS** is a plus). * Strong knowledge of **cloud security**, **networking**, and **DevOps tools** (e.g., **Terraform**, **GitHub**, **Jenkins**). * Experience working in **Windows\-based environments**. * Familiarity with **regulated industries** such as **financial services** or **healthcare**. * Experience with **Agile methodologies**. * Excellent **communication**, **leadership**, and **problem\-solving** skills. * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. **Nice To Have:** * **AZ\-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions** certification. * Background in **financial services**, **FinTech**, or other regulated industries. * Awareness of **emerging cloud technologies** and trends. * Experience with **Jenkins** (preferred but not mandatory). **About Encora** Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
