REQUIREMENTS: * University graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or related fields. * +3 years of experience with observability and monitoring technologies (Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Elastic Stack, Grafana, Prometheus). * Configuration of thresholds, triggers, jobs, and synthetic monitoring. * Definition of SLOs and user journey mapping. * Experience in observability in on-premises and Azure Cloud environments. * Knowledge of Docker and AKS.
