We are currently looking for highly qualified professionals to fill the position of* ***Licensing Technical Support N2:*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student or graduate with a technical degree in Systems, Networks and Communications, Computer Security, or Bachelor's degree in Systems, Cybersecurity. * Knowledge of networks and operating systems. * Knowledge of enterprise antivirus, backup, antispam, DLP, XDR. * Experience with Sophos products (Antispam, XDR and MDM). * Completion of courses or holding certifications in cybersecurity. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Good communication skills. * Intermediate English level (desirable). * Experience using ticketing systems. * Problem-solving skills. * Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform root cause analysis for critical and recurring incidents, proposing action plans and continuous improvement measures. * Administration of security platforms: Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, ESET PROTECT, GravityZone, Trellix ePO, and advanced management in Sophos Central. * Participate in implementation, migration and upgrade projects for the company’s portfolio of solutions. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedural manuals, and knowledge base for the support team. * Handle incidents remotely or on-site at a national level for product implementations, including travel to client sites. * Provide mentoring and technical support to the Level 1 team to promote their professional development. * Manage and follow up cases with specialized manufacturer support (Level 3 Support) for product issue resolution. * Perform other duties related to the job area. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits from day one. * Competitive salary aligned with market standards and candidate experience. * Opportunities for professional growth within a solid company expanding regionally. * Ongoing training and development programs. * Excellent work environment based on respect, teamwork and continuous improvement.
