The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and capable of efficiently resolving technical issues. **Main Responsibilities:** * Diagnosis and repair of **PCs, laptops, and monitors**. * Installation, configuration, and updating of **operating systems and software**. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of **printers and peripherals**. * Technical support to users in **hardware and software**. * Configuration and support of **mobile devices (cell phones)**. * Basic network management (Wi\-Fi, cabling, networked printers). * Documentation of incidents and technical reports. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Computer Technician, Computing, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar positions. * Knowledge in: * Operating systems **Windows and/or Linux**. * Office suite and productivity tools. * Hardware diagnosis and repair. * Basic knowledge in networking and computer security is desirable. * **Skills:** Proactivity, customer orientation, teamwork.
