




We are looking for a proactive and skilled professional in digital tools to optimize our administrative processes and provide key support to the team. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare quotations, reports, and other management documents. * Design and standardize templates in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. * Analyze and propose improvements in workflows using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. * Provide support in state contracting processes. **Requirements:** * **Qualification:** Graduate of a technical program, or university student or graduate in related fields. * **Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in **Google Workspace** (Sheets, Docs) and **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word). * Practical knowledge of **AI** tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Gemini). * Knowledge of **state contracting processes**. * **Skills:** Agile, organized individual with initiative and strong learning ability.
