




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the company’s administration and daily office operations, reporting directly to the General Management, with autonomy and problem-solving capability. Opportunity to contribute to an expanding company (mining and transportation) Endeavant S.A.C., a Peruvian technology company specializing in fleet management and mining safety solutions, is looking to hire a professional with sound judgment, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills to assume responsibility for company administration and daily office operations, reporting directly to General Management. About the Role: We seek an organized, analytical, and proactive individual capable of making operational decisions and resolving issues independently. You will ensure seamless operation of administrative, accounting, and office functions, and serve as the primary day-to-day support to Management. Main Responsibilities: - Administration and Accounting: invoicing, collections, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, petty cash, and document archiving; tracking purchase orders, receiving and dispatching goods, and managing waybills. - Treasury: supplier payments, recording income and expenses, bank transfers, and basic cash flow reporting. - Office Manager: Second-in-command in the office, responsible for maintaining operational order and ensuring day-to-day matters are resolved without constant escalation to Management. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or back-office roles within commercial enterprises (experience in technology, spare parts, or machinery sectors is preferred). • Proficiency in Excel and AI tools. • Intermediate English (preferred). • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and resolve matters independently without continuous supervision.
