**We are looking for a committed Licensed Architect with technical and aesthetic vision who wishes to join our team to lead residential and commercial projects.** **Main responsibilities**: * Technical and architectural supervision of construction projects (residential, commercial, and corporate). * Development of **interior design** projects (conceptualization, space planning, selection of finishes and furniture). * Preparation of technical documentation for **construction/renovation permit applications**. * Coordination with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and clients. * Site visits to verify compliance with design and current regulations. * Support in preparing quantity surveys, budgets, and schedules. * Construction project management. **Essential requirements**: * **Licensed and registered Architect.** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision and interior design. * Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, **3D modeling software (ESSENTIAL)**, and AI applications. * Knowledge of municipal regulations for processing construction permits. * Availability to conduct site visits within Metropolitan Lima. * Ability to work in a team, leadership skills, and strong client communication. * **Portfolio of completed projects (ESSENTIAL)**. **Academic qualifications**: * Degree in Architecture (mandatory). * Current professional registration (essential). **Benefits**: * Starting salary: **S/ 2,500 per month**. * **Transportation and travel expenses covered** for site visits and meetings. * **Hybrid** work model (in-person and remote). * Participation in creative, functional, and impactful projects. * Genuine opportunities for professional growth.
