At Sangucherías Criollas, a Restaurant-Sandwich Shop dedicated to the sandwich industry, soon opening a location in Miraflores. We are looking for personnel for an Administrative-Operational Store Assistant position. Night shift from 1:30 to 10:30 PM POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 1 year CERTIFIED experience in administrative roles within restaurants or fast food. * REQUIRED: Ongoing studies or graduation preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Tourism and Hospitality. * Availability to work 48 hours per week with one weekly day off. Closing shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM) * Reside in Miraflores or nearby areas * Proven experience using Inforest system or similar (inventory, reports, etc.) * Team management and leadership skills MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure compliance with operational processes and standards regarding product preparation and sales through daily monitoring during the shift. Delivery, customer service. * Organize shift operational tasks via position roster. * Ensure planning of input production and product supply by stations according to sales projections per shift. * Guarantee adherence to hygiene and safety controls and conditions for food safety such as temperature checks, dating, input rotation, etc. * Ensure cleanliness, appearance, and maintenance of the store (equipment, dining area, exterior zone, preparation area) during the shift and at closing. * Report any supply anomalies to the Store Manager. * Report daily sales and shift closure to immediate supervisor. * Ensure proper closure of the premises, water and gas valves, etc. BENEFITS MYPE Legal Payroll Biweekly payments Statutory benefits Immediate hiring Salary S/. 1800 Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have experience with any restaurant management systems?
