




At C\&R Integral Service S.A.C., an engineering and telecommunications company operating in the mining sector, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant – Technical Service oriented toward learning and innovation. This role is designed for recent graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in growing within a dynamic environment, applying digital tools, agile methodologies, and foundational artificial intelligence concepts in administrative and technical management. Main Responsibilities * Support administrative and operational processes within the technical service. * Prepare and update basic management reports (indicators, equipment tracking, task follow-up). * Coordinate the receipt and delivery of technical equipment (e.g., radio communicators). * Organize activities using digital tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, or others) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Assist in inventory control, documentation, and administrative reporting. * Use Excel at an intermediate level for analysis and indicators, with willingness to learn and apply AI in administrative processes. Requirements * Graduate or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or operational roles (professional internships or first job). * Basic knowledge of document management or administrative processes. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge or interest in digital tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Desirable: interest in learning AI applied to processes. * Organized, adaptable person with strong learning ability.
