




We are seeking an **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (CUSTOMER SERVICE)** at **GOAL GLOBAL SERVICES SAC**, a service-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, who will provide comprehensive support in operational and customer service processes, ensuring smooth communication with investors, suppliers, and internal departments. The main objective is to ensure proper document management and timely resolution of incidents, thereby contributing to the smooth operation and efficiency of the department. **Key Responsibilities:** \-Handle customer and investor inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt response and follow-up until resolution. \-Coordinate with national and international suppliers on documentation and validation of investments. \-Monitor investment product timelines, deadlines, and renewals. \-Prepare operational reports, checklists, and updates for control dashboards. \-Support continuous improvement of internal processes by proposing efficiency- and customer satisfaction-oriented solutions. \-Draft formal communications and maintain up-to-date records in CRM or internal systems. \-Manage incidents and complaints with an empathetic and solution-focused approach. **Requirements:** \-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Economics, or related fields. \-Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, or after-sales service roles (preferably in financial services, retail, or service industries). \-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting). \-Basic knowledge of operational processes and document management. \-Professional writing skills and impeccable spelling. **Competencies and Soft Skills:** \-Assertive and empathetic communication. \-Crisis management and conflict resolution. \-Ability to work under pressure. \-High level of organization and attention to detail. \-Customer orientation and collaborative teamwork. \-Positive, proactive, and discreet attitude. **We Offer:** \-Opportunity to join a growing company with international expansion prospects. \-Excellent working environment and continuous learning opportunities. \-Training on financial products and operational processes. \-Career growth opportunities within the organization. \-Salary: S/1500 \-On-site work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in San Borja.
