Our practice includes strategic advisory on issues related to **advertising, consumer protection, unfair competition**, and proceedings before \***INDECOPI**\* and other entities. **Vacant position:** We are currently seeking a **Legal Assistant** to join our team on a **full-time, in-person basis**, actively supporting the firm's legal and operational tasks. **Profile requirements:** * Graduate of Law school. * Prior experience or strong interest in **intellectual property and market regulation law**. * Excellent legal writing skills. * Strong legal analysis and argumentation abilities. * Knowledge in **Intellectual Property and Market Regulation Law** is desirable. * Willingness for continuous learning and teamwork. **Main responsibilities:** * Drafting legal documents and submissions for proceedings before INDECOPI and other administrative agencies. * Tracking administrative and judicial case files. * Performing external errands. * Assisting in legal administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the legal team. **Valued skills:** * Responsibility and adherence to deadlines. * Punctuality and organization. * Proactivity and collaborative attitude. * Effective communication skills with the team and clients. * Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence tools applied to law.
