Then this opportunity is for you! **We are looking for an Audiovisual Communicator for our university** located in San Juan de Lurigancho, who can transform ideas into impactful visual content. **What will you do?** * Plan, produce, and edit institutional and promotional audiovisual content for the university (advertisements, testimonials, institutional videos, capsules, etc.). * Create **audiovisual pieces for social media, web, and digital campaigns** adapted to different formats (Reels, TikTok, stories, shorts, etc.). * Support the **audiovisual coverage of academic, cultural, and corporate events** at the university. * Develop scripts and creative proposals aligned with the institution's marketing and communication strategy. * Manage and archive the **audiovisual library** (institutional photos and videos). * Coordinate with the design, community manager, and marketing teams for the **production of integrated campaigns**. * Ensure the technical and narrative quality of delivered audiovisual products. * Innovate using new audiovisual trends that enhance the university's image. **Requirements:** * Technical degree, Bachelor’s, or graduate in **Audiovisual Communication, Communication Sciences, Audiovisual Production**, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in audiovisual production** (preferably in educational institutions, agencies, or marketing departments). * Proficiency with **professional cameras, lighting, and sound equipment**. * Skilled in editing and post-production software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar). * Knowledge of **institutional and event photography**. * Creative ability for **scriptwriting, storytelling, and audiovisual concept development**. * Familiarity with **social media trends** and digital formats. * Desired: experience in **motion graphics** and basic animation. * Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. **What we offer:** * A dynamic and collaborative environment. * Full payroll with all legal benefits from day one. * Opportunities for professional growth. * The chance to make your mark at a leading educational institution.
