**We are looking for a Part-Time Community Manager / Content Creator for Soul Marketing Digital!** Are you a persuasive, dynamic person with a positive attitude? We are looking for a **Creative Community Manager with a proactive profile**, capable of designing and editing content, visual and audiovisual strategies for growing brands. **What will you do?** * Plan, create, and schedule content for social media. * Design graphic materials (posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.) aligned with each brand's identity. * Edit short videos with a commercial focus and storytelling approach. * Participate in brainstorming, ideation, and content strategy sessions. * Develop monthly content plans with growth and engagement objectives. * Monitor results, respond to messages, and interact with communities. * Collaborate in content sessions and basic handling of audiovisual equipment (desirable). * Support recordings and have **willingness to appear on camera** when necessary. **What we are looking for in you?** * Solid knowledge in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects**, and **Firefly (generative AI)**. * Intermediate or advanced skills in video editing software: **Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar**. * Ability in **creative writing** and social media management. * Proactivity, creativity, and eagerness to learn in an agency environment. * Prior experience is preferred, but **submitting a portfolio (personal or practice work) is mandatory**. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Saturday: **9:00 am – 1:00 pm** **(Saturdays remote)** **What we offer** * **Base salary of S/. 750 per month**. * Office address: Calle Pablo de Olavide 135, Lima. * Excellent working environment and teamwork. * Growth opportunities within the agency. * Ongoing training in digital marketing trends and artificial intelligence applied to content. * Projects with diverse real brands.
