




**Position Summary** We are looking for a Community Manager with graphic design skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining an active digital community, strengthening brand image, and creating creative content that enhances positioning. **Responsibilities** * Design and execute strategic social media content plans. * Create visual designs aligned with the brand's visual identity. * Write texts with a professional, clear, and creative approach. * Schedule and manage social media posts. * Manage advertising campaigns. * Handle interaction with the digital community. * Monitor digital trends and adapt them to the brand. * Track key metrics and generate performance reports. * Apply knowledge of artificial intelligence platforms and prompt management to streamline content production. **Essential Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Design, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience managing corporate social media accounts. * Proficiency in graphic design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, among others). * Proficiency in Google ADS, Facebook ADS, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM optimization. * Proficiency in Meta Business Suite. * Availability to appear on camera. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. **Benefits:** * Career development opportunities * Hybrid work model Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site position
