





**Salary:** Starting at S/2,500.00 per month Job Description: An important document digitization company is looking for 8 PROCESS COORDINATORS, responsible and committed professionals with experience in Document Management or database generation. ESSENTIAL: Technical graduates and/or university graduates in Archival Science and Document Management, Library Science, Law, Administration, History, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in roles as PROJECT LEADER OR COORDINATOR focused on digitization, data entry, and quality control. Intermediate Office skills. (Must have documents to verify the above requirements) RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and optimize scanning and conversion processes of physical documents into digital formats. Ensure that digitized documents meet readability, resolution, and format standards. Team management, staff supervision, and leadership. Coordinate and optimize team performance, ensuring goal achievement and operational efficiency. Verify compliance with policies and Peruvian technical standards for digitization. Collaborate with different departments to contribute to continuous process improvements.
