We invite you to join our team as: Customer Service Advisor/Back Office (Overnight Shift) – Hybrid. FUNCTION Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in order handling and customer service (via phone, email, and voicemail). Responsibilities include information entry and validation in applications, reviewing emails received from customers, and resolving inquiries and incidents. REQUIREMENTS University degree in Business Administration or related field. Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in order handling and customer service (via phone, email, and voicemail), be responsible and committed, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven experience in customer service, sales, document management, data analysis, and customer complaint resolution. CONDITIONS Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 01:00 am – 11:00 am / 02:00 am – 12:00 pm. Hybrid work mode. Pick-up transportation provided. Location: Magdalena.
