Focused on exploring contact channels and timing, follow-up, inter-team management, among others. Co-lead and participate in artificial intelligence management projects and support the exploration of new tools. Constantly identify business improvement opportunities **Requirements:** At least 3 years of experience in sales and/or transformation teams Intermediate/advanced English Analytical and results-oriented profile, with experience managing KPIs.
