Job Description **PRZ INGENIEROS SAC** is a consulting firm with 18 years of experience, proud to have participated in highly complex projects and developed innovative engineering solutions. **REQUIREMENTS** Our company is currently seeking the following candidate: * **·01 Engineering Coordinator** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate technical activities of specialist engineering teams (hydrology, hydraulics, hydrogeology, sanitation, GIS, surveying, etc.). * Develop and monitor study execution schedules and deliverables, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Track daily and weekly tasks, verifying actual progress against planned milestones. * Organize technical coordination meetings and prepare minutes of agreed actions. * Review technical reports, drawings, and documentation prior to final delivery to the client. * Coordinate with administrative and contracts departments on project logistics and budgetary aspects. * Identify technical risks and propose preventive or corrective measures. * Supervise compliance with internal procedures, ISO 9001, ISO 37001 standards, and contractual requirements. * Maintain regular communication with General Management and clients regarding project status. * Promote organization, commitment, and productivity within the technical team. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in consultancy for hydraulic, hydrological, or hydrogeological projects. * Project management experience (PMBOK desirable). * Knowledge of public procurement regulations (Law No. 30225 and its regulations). * Technical software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, HEC\-RAS, MS Project or equivalent. * Advanced Excel skills and experience monitoring progress indicators. * **Competencies:** Leadership, organization, effective communication, results orientation, analytical ability, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure. **NOTE** Thank you for applying to our vacancy!
