Provide necessary support for the implementation of GASNORP’s HSEQ management within contractor management. Conduct monitoring and documentary control regarding compliance with state regulations related to HSEQ. **Requirements** **Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, Integrity Code, Compliance & Business Ethics Program, and Anti-Corruption (Anti-Bribery), Anti-Money Laundering, and Counter-Terrorist Financing Policy.** **Comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Policy and the department’s specific objectives. Apply established standards, participate in training, and identify and report potential risks: quality risks to ensure traceability and reliability of results, and safety and occupational health risks to proactively support colleagues and supervisors in ensuring safe and healthy performance of activities.** **Provide necessary support for the implementation of GASNORP’s HSEQ management within contractor management.** **Conduct monitoring and documentary control regarding compliance with state regulations related to HSEQ.** **Carry out scheduled and unannounced HSEQ inspections.** **Organize, schedule, and track findings identified by the entire inspection team.** **Guide and monitor contractor compliance with improvement actions based on findings or incidents recorded during daily activities.** **Verify implementation and updating of contractors’ IPERC matrices.** **Accompany and guide contractors’ root cause analyses related to accidents and occupational illnesses.** **Guide implementation of controls and improvement actions based on NCs, SNCs, and observations recorded in the organization’s control system.** **Support monitoring and verification of implementation of requirements for obtaining ITSE station licenses.** **Inspect, verify, and report compliance with environmental commitments assumed by the organization under each site’s Environmental Management Instruments (IGA).** **Verify use of standardized formats mandated by the organization, as specified in the organization’s document management platform.** **Perform an initial review of contractors’ safety plans, signage plans, and monthly reports against minimum state requirements and the organization’s internal standards.** **Effective networking.** **Additional Information** Office Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Languages: Basic English
