CBRE offers you the best opportunity to build your professional career in facilities! **About the position** We are looking for a **Facility Consult** to take the next step in their professional career and become part of a world-class team. **What you will do:** * Supervise and ensure that all organization facilities are in good working condition and comply with safety standards and applicable regulations. * Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities (Hard services) to guarantee that facilities and equipment remain in optimal condition. This may include managing external vendors, technicians, scheduling repairs, etc. * Coordinate and supervise general services (Soft services) such as messaging, cleaning, cafeteria, reception, among others. * Coordinate office space allocation and manage internal moves or changes in facility layouts.
