Role requiring high self-management, analytical, and leadership capabilities **PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE APPLYING** A major Brazilian multinational in the medical implants sector is seeking, for its Peruvian subsidiary: **Financial Analyst** To apply for this excellent employment opportunity, you must hold a degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields, with solid knowledge of Peruvian tax regulations. Strong self-management, analytical, and leadership capabilities are required. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. You must demonstrate experience in financial planning and analysis (FP\&A), budgetary control, cash flow management, financial statement and KPI analysis. You will be responsible for consolidating and validating financial information (revenues, costs, and expenses), analyzing variances (actual vs. budget), reviewing compliance with financial closing procedures, preparing and presenting reports to the Latam Finance Management team, monitoring accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and suppliers—ensuring data reliability. Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency are mandatory (technical assessments will be conducted). Proficiency in **Odoo** is preferred (will provide additional points). Knowledge of financial process automation tools and artificial intelligence is highly valued. **Skills:** Emotional intelligence, leadership, attention to detail, analytical and numerical thinking, organization, effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, initiative, and learning agility. Compensation: PEN 3\.500 \+ statutory benefits. Additionally, the company provides a monthly mobility allowance of PEN 250. Location: Lima (Surco and/or Miraflores).
