HealthTech company operating in LATAM and currently expanding What are we looking for? A Junior Growth Assistant with a growth mindset, analytical skills, and passion for innovation. You will play a key role within the Growth team, supporting the execution and optimization of processes, while having the ability to propose your own solutions and projects that drive business growth. Main Responsibilities * Manage and analyze data using Excel, Google Sheets, and other data tools for KPI tracking. * Automate processes using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar. * Continuously update, track, and optimize business performance indicators. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT, etc.) to diagnose issues and propose actionable solutions. * Identify and present key insights derived from data, along with strategic recommendations. * Solve day-to-day challenges with creative and scalable thinking. * Regularly use Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis, code generation, and process support. * Manage mailings, mass messages, and communications across owned channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in customer experience. Ideal Profile * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Positive, proactive attitude focused on achieving results. * Strong analytical ability to interpret business metrics and identify growth opportunities. * Passion for problem-solving, scaling solutions, and continuous learning. * Prior experience in Growth practices, Digital Marketing, Data, or related fields is a plus.
