





**FUNCTIONS** — Execute the total count of merchandise in the store according to the schedule established by the central office. — Conduct periodic physical inventory counts, ensuring alignment between records and actual stock. — Analyze detected discrepancies and promptly report them to the responsible personnel in each area. — Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions. — Prepare and submit the final report of the conducted count. — Meet the goals and objectives defined by the department. — Perform other assigned tasks related to the position. **REQUIREMENTS** — Minimum of 6 months of experience as an inventory assistant or in similar roles. — Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Administration, or related fields. — Proficient in specialized inventory control software. — Ability to analyze, plan, and organize information. — Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel. **SKILLS** — Effective communication. — Analytical and problem-solving skills. — Collaborative work and proactivity. — Adaptability and flexibility. **KNOWLEDGE** — Kardex management. — Classification of fast-moving consumer goods. — Inventory planning and control. — Inventory control procedures. **WORK CONDITIONS** — Hybrid work: office and field. — Six-month contract, with a three-month probation period. **BENEFITS** — Salary: S/ 2,000.00. — Formal employment under small enterprise regime. — Coverage of travel expenses (Trujillo–Retamas), accommodation, and meals.
