Industrial company is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or completed technical studies * Basic knowledge of automation. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical and hydraulic drawings. * Specialty: Heavy Machinery Maintenance, Machines and Tools. * Minimum 4 years of experience in supervision or coordination of mechanical and hydraulic maintenance, repair management, and working with external providers or workshops. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities of mechanical and hydraulic equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established deadlines. * Develop and update maintenance schedules, reporting progress and results to management or the relevant department. * Manage repair, delivery, and availability of equipment and components with external providers or workshops. * Evaluate technical and economic alternatives, providing support in complementary tasks and other assigned duties.
