




The Planning Manager will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising the strategic and operational planning of mining activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with production targets, and operational sustainability. Their work will ensure process optimization, budget management, and alignment between the company's short-, medium-, and long-term goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the development and updating of the mining company’s strategic and operational plans. * Coordinate planning of production, maintenance, logistics, and expansion projects. * Establish performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor their achievement. * Supervise budget formulation and operational cost control. * Analyze productive capacity, available resources, and demand forecasts. * Prepare technical and management reports for senior leadership. * Coordinate with geology, operations, safety, and environmental departments to ensure overall plan efficiency. * Evaluate scenarios and risks, proposing preventive strategies and continuous improvement measures. * Implement technological tools for managing and optimizing mining planning. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning or operational management within mining companies. * University degree in Mining, Industrial, or Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced knowledge in mining planning, budgeting, management indicators, and cost control. * Experience with mining planning software (such as MineSight, Vulcan, or similar). * Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and work under pressure. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
