**Position Objective** Provide technical and administrative support in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems (SSOMA) and Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM), in compliance with Law No. 29783 and its regulations, promoting a culture of prevention and continuous improvement in operational processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the SSOMA Management System. * Collaborate in the updating and control of technical documents: policies, procedures, manuals, and records. * Provide **support in management system implementation projects (BPM, OHS, ISO, HACCP, 5S, Lean)**. * Participate in the execution of internal audits, inspections, and verification activities. * Support the management of corrective and preventive actions arising from inspections or audits. * Collaborate in the updating of IPER matrix, PETAR, ATS, and legal compliance records. * Support in preparing performance indicator reports (accidents, legal compliance, training, implementation progress). * Participate in planning and conducting training sessions and awareness campaigns on safety, health, and environmental topics. * Promote a continuous improvement culture using management tools such as PDCA, 5S, standardization, and root cause analysis. * Collaborate in digitization and process automation projects for SSOMA. **Requirements** * Graduate or upper-level student in **Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety, Food Science, or related fields**. * Basic knowledge of **Law No. 29783** and its regulations. * Knowledge of **GMP, HACCP**, and regulations in the **food industry**. * Desirable knowledge in **process management (BPM), continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and integrated management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001)**. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel, Power BI, and digital tracking tools**. * Desirable academic or practical experience in **management system implementation projects**. **Competencies** * Analytical skills and results orientation. * Proactivity and continuous learning. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Organization and focus on improvement. * Professional responsibility and ethics.
