




At Alupar Perú, we are a leading multinational company in the development and construction of power transmission line projects. Currently, we are looking for a Junior IT Professional. **Functions:** * Handle user requests (email incidents, access, VPN, printers, apps). * Manage users in AD / Entra ID. * Support server management (controlled restarts, patches, backups). * Assist in MFA management, password changes, and access control. * Report security incidents detected in users or devices. * Gather requirements, request quotations, compare suppliers, and support hardware, software, and licensing acquisitions. * Keep equipment inventory, licenses, warranties, and support contracts up to date. * Organize invoices, licenses, contracts, and technical documentation. * Generate reports on IT consumption, costs, and purchase projections for the finance department. **Requirements:** * Level 1 and level 2 user support experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles * Certifications: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent), Microsoft MS-900 / AZ-900. **Benefits:** * Indefinite contract from day one * 100% EPS coverage for employee and dependents * Food allowance Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.3,500.00 per month Application questions: * What is your salary expectation? * How many years of experience do you have providing level 1 and level 2 support?
