We are looking for a **PROJECT MANAGER to lead Infrastructure and Technology Longevity projects!** We are seeking a professional with experience leading **technology infrastructure projects**, focused on updating, renewing, or migrating key components such as **switches, routers, servers, and network platforms**, ensuring their alignment with current technological standards. **Position Profile – Requirements:** * Proficiency in management tools: **Office, MS Project, Mural, Jira** * Mastery of **agile indicators**, performance metrics, and **DevOps** concepts * Knowledge in **Agile Testing** * Experience in **managing budgets for infrastructure projects** * **PMP** certification (desirable: **ITIL, COBIT, Scrum Master**) * Agile methodologies: **Scrum and Kanban** * Knowledge of **Power BI** (desirable) * **Experience leading technology infrastructure projects**, especially in the **upgrade, migration, or replacement of switches and routers** (Cisco, Juniper, or others) **Responsibilities:** * Manage **technology infrastructure and technology longevity projects**, coordinating with **IT, architecture, security, and operations teams** * Identify and manage technical and operational risks, defining mitigation plans * Establish and monitor **KPIs** for project control and tracking * Present executive reports and support strategic decision-making **What we offer?** * Hybrid model: **2 days onsite and 3 remote** * **Payroll employment contract**, with all statutory benefits * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.7,000.00 - S/.8,000.00 per month Work location: Regular travel required
