**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A REAL ESTATE APPRAISER** **Location:** Surco – Peru **Work Mode:** On-site / Hybrid **Availability:** Immediate **Responsibilities:** · Conduct real estate (urban and rural) and/or movable property appraisals in accordance with current regulations. · Prepare technical reports, floor plans, descriptive summaries, and valuation justifications. · Carry out field visits, take photographs, and collect relevant information. · Meet deadlines and adhere to technical quality standards. **Requirements:** · Licensed professional in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. · Proven experience in appraisal and valuation work (minimum 2 years). · Knowledge of Peruvian valuation regulations. · Proficiency in drafting software and surveying tools (preferred). · Registration as a Real Estate Appraiser (preferred). **Competencies:** · Responsibility and professional ethics. · Time management and fieldwork capability. · Technical writing skills and attention to detail. **We Offer:** · Competitive compensation based on experience. · A positive work environment and opportunities for growth. · Continuous training.
