If you are interested in this position and want to build a career with our company, we invite you to join our team! **✅** **What are the main responsibilities of this role?** -------------------------------------------------------------------- * Download and analyze equipment failure data. * Develop management indicators: MTBF, MTTR, LCC, Availability, Maintainability. * Apply Weibull analysis for decisions on extending equipment lifespan. * Facilitate technical meetings (AFA, RCA, AMEF, CBM, RAM, etc.). * Prepare condition-based maintenance (CBM) reports. * Perform life cycle cost (LCC) analysis. * Develop continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean). * Read technical manuals and develop procedures. * Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers. * Prepare managerial reports on KPIs and improvements. * Apply HSEQ policies and comply with internal regulations. **What kind of talent are we looking for?** **Education** * Graduate professional in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, or Maintenance Engineering. * Mandatory specialization in: * Weibull Analysis * RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) CMRP and ICOGAM certification desirable ️ **Technical Knowledge and Software** * Mandatory proficiency in: * Weibull * Advanced Excel * Intermediate Power BI * Intermediate English Category A1 driver's license * **Experience** Minimum 2 to 3 years in similar roles within industries such as mining, ports, contractors, or related fields. * ### **Key Competencies** * Technical knowledge of the position. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Focus on quality and excellence. * Initiative, creativity, and sense of urgency. * Leadership and effective communication. * Good safety practices **If you enjoy taking on big challenges, now is the time to join APM Terminals Callao!** Learn more about us Interested in a career at APM Terminals?
