PROJECT ADVISOR PROFILE** We are looking for an advisor with technical expertise and vocation to guide specialized projects in engineering fields. * Graduate or university bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Economics *(Only applicants from the specified fields will be considered.)* * Ability to guide technical and applied work with an academic focus. * Proficiency in statistical tools and data analysis software. * Mastery of academic writing standards and technical formats. * Skill in interpreting processes, operational variables, and quantitative results. * Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement in research environments. *Experience will be valued (not essential if research vocation is demonstrated)* **II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Guide the development of technical projects in engineering disciplines. * Support problem formulation, objectives setting, and methodological design. * Provide methodological support, data processing, and client follow-up. * Review and validate academic deliverables according to technical standards. **III. WE OFFER** * Remuneration: S/ 1,300.00 (on payroll). * Travel allowances based on achieved objectives. * Pleasant work environment, guidance, continuous learning, and teamwork. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break).
