FUNCTIONS: * Develop the monthly and annual work program for preparation, operation, and production by assigning resources and monitoring results to optimize mining management. * Direct and control the execution of exploration, development, preparation, and production activities following established procedures to ensure quality, safety, environmental compliance, and efficient costs. * Manage the budget and rational use of resources including labor, compressed air, energy, water, and materials to maximize efficiency and reduce waste. * Continuously assess equipment, supply, and personnel needs, keeping resource analysis updated to ensure continuity of mining operations. * Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment operability and availability by scheduling necessary inspections and repairs to prevent production interruptions. * Regularly supervise work areas, verifying safe conditions and compliance with environmental regulations to prevent incidents and ensure personnel safety. * Monitor operational costs by analyzing resource efficiency to optimize the allocated budget. * Coordinate with logistics and maintenance to ensure timely availability of supplies and equipment, maintaining uninterrupted production. * Prepare daily production and progress reports, maintaining clear communication with management to support informed decision-making. * Ensure compliance with environmental regulations by implementing measures to minimize impacts in underground mining areas. * Inspect equipment status and working area conditions, identifying potential risks to promptly implement corrective actions. * Participate in planning meetings, providing recommendations based on performance and optimization to enhance area productivity. KNOWLEDGE: * Degree in Mining Engineering, licensed and qualified * Proficiency in Safety and Environmental Management Systems * Knowledge of drilling patterns, ventilation, and ground support * Fundamental knowledge of mining safety and regulations * Specialization in underground mining management, safety, and strategic planning EXPERIENCE: 04 years OTHERS: Availability to work in Huancavelica under a 14x7 schedule.
