**REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, licensed and certified. \- Civil Engineer with 48 months of experience as Site Engineer and/or Construction Site Resident and/or Chief Site Resident and/or Site Construction Engineer and/or General Resident and/or Principal Resident and/or Construction Supervisor and/or Site Construction Engineer and/or Construction Engineer and/or Resident Project Director and/or Chief Resident and/or Principal Resident of Works, in projects within the specialty and subspecialties **(Urban pedestrian and vehicular circulation routes, including construction and/or creation and/or improvement and/or expansion and/or recovery and/or reconstruction and/or rehabilitation and/or remodeling of national, departmental, and provincial highways, and related works such as rural roads and/or village roads and/or access roads)**. \- Proficient in design and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, S10, BIM). **\- Availability to work in the district of Chimbote \- Santa – Ancash.** \- Knowledge of productivity processes and KPI indicators. \- Experience in team supervision. \- Knowledge in dialogue and conflict resolution. \- Commitment to integrity and responsibility at work. \- Initiative to anticipate problems and propose solutions. \- Ability to lead and motivate work teams. **FUNCTIONS:** \- Direct, control, and monitor the development of on-site construction activities. \- Control construction standards. \- Ensure that work is carried out according to plans and technical specifications. \- Verify that materials and processes meet established quality standards. \- Prepare periodic progress reports for management. \- Planning of activities and work schedules. \- Cost and budget management. **Level of Participation: 100%** **Indicate Salary Expectations** Job type: Full-time Salary: From S/.10,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
