**REQUIREMENTS:** \- Civil Engineer or Geotechnical Engineer with 36 months of effective experience as a specialist and/or engineer and/or supervisor and/or head and/or responsible person and/or resident in: soil mechanics, in the execution and/or supervision of works in this specialty and sub-specialties**. (Urban pedestrian and vehicular circulation routes, including construction and/or creation and/or improvement and/or expansion and/or recovery and/or reconstruction and/or rehabilitation and/or remodeling of national, departmental, and provincial highways, and related roads such as rural paths and/or village roads and/or access roads.)** \- Proficient in design and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, S10, BIM). \- Knowledge of productivity processes and KPI indicators. **\- Availability to work in the district of Chimbote \- Santa – Ancash.** **FUNCTIONS:** \- Manage the conduct of inspections and prepare monthly reports on actions and measures taken to fulfill activities. \- Planning of activities and work schedules. \- Cost and budget management.
