In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, being part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Supervise all assigned construction activities during the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases. * Coordinate on-site activities with the various project contractors to help ensure compliance with the quality control plan, considering constraints and considerations related to external stakeholders involved or impacted during the construction phase. * Monitor construction progress and manage potential deviations from technical specifications through periodic controls, inspections, and field/laboratory tests to prevent rework. * Support all construction activities to help ensure resolution of deficiencies or agreed punch lists between the Client and contractors. * Verify compliance with project Technical Specifications and engineering drawings. * Perform duties inherent to the service assigned under your responsibility. **Requirements** * Professional licensed degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. * Proven experience of at least 5 years in supervision of equipment installation in crushing plants, structural assembly for material handling conveyors, equipment preservation, Level II VT PT welding inspection, and paint inspection. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Mining Sector. * At least 5 years of experience developing and reviewing quality control procedures, quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), reports, and documentation. * Experience with quality management systems, non-conformities, change management, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Knowledge of AWS, ANSI, API, ASTM standards, etc. * Experience supervising and controlling construction processes, materials, mechanical construction activities, and structures. * Reside in Arequipa – Mandatory. **Additional Information** * All statutory benefits * Life Insurance as per law * Constant training opportunities * Corporate agreements * 6X1 work schedule with rotating rest days
