




**Your main objective will be:** Support the management and continuity of PPA and PAG's SFTP platforms, ensuring efficient service to client companies. Contribute to collection and payment processes by coordinating migrations, support activities, and continuous improvements. **How will you achieve this?** * Coordinate the transition of companies to the new PPA and PAG SFTP platforms, ensuring service continuity and contributing to the improvement of collection and payment processes. * Manage communication and follow-up with client companies, resolving technical and commercial inquiries, and guaranteeing a smooth experience during the adoption of mass collection and payment solutions. * Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to manage technical requirements, resolve incidents, and ensure platform operability, with a focus on continuous improvement. * Supervise necessary testing and validations to ensure proper service operation, guaranteeing reliability in migration, collection, and payment processes. * Administer and coordinate the implementation or updating of related applications, ensuring their integration and proper functioning within the collection and payment ecosystems. * Identify, record, and coordinate incident resolution, providing post-support to companies and safeguarding operational continuity and customer satisfaction. * **What do we need from you?** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields/experiences * 2 years of experience in similar roles * Knowledge in: + Data handling (Intermediate) + Agile methodologies and product management **Apply now and become part of a team that always aims higher!** At Interbank, we are committed to equal opportunities.
