**Objective:** Responsible for preparing and disseminating operational and regulatory reports, consolidating and processing data from various sources and systems to obtain reliable information for decision-making, thereby avoiding operational and regulatory contingencies. **Responsibilities:** Gather and certify client information (transactions and accounts) for the timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports and audit requirements. * Periodically prepare and analyze process codes and/or programmed routines to identify and implement improvements that enhance code and resource efficiency. * Analyze and report on massive and individual incidents, enabling scalability to determine root causes, global impact, and financial and/or operational consequences. * Propose and execute improvements to operational processes in an agile manner to achieve more efficient processes without compromising effectiveness. * Certify the proper resolution of incidents to prevent claims and reduce or eliminate economic impact. * Prepare, document, and certify functional requirements submitted to the IT team to achieve improvements leading to greater process, processing, or cost efficiency. * Generate, design, or redesign recurring or new operational reports for the department or other company areas to support business understanding, financial evaluation, and/or management status tracking. * Provide consolidated settlement information across different brands so Finance can cross-check against bank charges and ensure correct billing. * Support other departments in submitting regulatory information via SUCAVE, as well as transmitting response files so errors can be corrected promptly when necessary, ensuring reports are submitted within established deadlines to mitigate the risk of fines and penalties. **Requirements:** Economics, Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields 1 year of experience in card operations analysis (desirable).
