




We are Ceneris, an organization dedicated to providing consulting and engineering solutions in TQRE (Total Quality & Risk Engineering), covering process analysis, offshore projects, plant maintenance and commissioning, and basic and detailed engineering. We are currently seeking a **Human Resources Assistant** who wishes to strengthen their professional development, demonstrating commitment, responsibility, and willingness to learn in a technical and dynamic environment. **Functions:** * Collect, monitor, and verify the daily timesheet reports prepared by project supervisors on a daily basis. * Send daily reports on timesheet compliance. * Cross-check timesheets with personnel attendance records. * Handle employee inquiries regarding labor matters (payments, vacations, certificates, etc.). * Keep all employee records up to date. * Monitor and manage medical fitness assessments and polygraph tests. * Travel to various project sites to verify staffing requirements and working conditions, providing direct support to field teams. * Coordinate and conduct interviews. * Supervise and carry out the signing process of employment contracts, renewals, and addendums, ensuring legal compliance and document validity. * Conduct corresponding Human Resources induction sessions. * Organize and facilitate training sessions for staff on Human Resources-related topics such as labor regulations, organizational culture, among others. * Employee engagement (birthdays, work anniversaries, special days, national holidays, and year-end celebrations). * Participate in activities related to Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health. * Participate in the annual training program established by the Integrated Management System. * Comply with the guidelines, rules, and standards set forth by the company's Management System, as well as internal disciplinary sanctions. * Identify improvement opportunities and/or implement corrective actions to enhance processes. * Conduct risk assessments related to safety and occupational health at the workplace, regardless of specific tasks, must comply with safety standards. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or licensed in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration.** * Proficiency in office software (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). * Certificate program in Human Resources. * Basic English language skills. **Experience:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles. **Work Schedule:** * Monday-Friday (8:30 am – 1:00 pm / 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am – 1:00 pm) **Benefits:** * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Career path progression. * Ongoing training. * Formal employment contract. * Dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
