





Job summary: Conduct field audits for organic certification schemes, ensuring compliance with applicable national and international standards. Contribute to strengthening confidence in certified products and adherence to principles of agricultural sustainability and traceability. About the position: **Main responsibilities*** Carry out field audits under assigned organic certification schemes. * Evaluate the conformity of production processes against established requirements. * Prepare audit reports and write non-conformities clearly and objectively. * Maintain effective communication with clients and Kiwa's technical team. * Ensure application of internal procedures and organizational quality standards. * Participate in technical training and regulatory updates according to role requirements. Do you have what it takes?: **Requirements*** Reside in Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Junín, Pasco or Huánuco. * Agricultural Engineer or Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences. * Minimum 3 years of experience conducting field audits for organic certification schemes. * Knowledge of conformity assessment processes. * Training as internal auditor or lead auditor; proficiency in audit techniques and non-conformity reporting. * At least 2 years of experience managing export-oriented crops (sanitation supervisor, irrigation supervisor, farm manager, etc.). * Courses in HACCP, auditor training, and food safety. **Desirable*** Knowledge of the INTACT system. * Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17065 standard. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Soft skills*** Time management and organization. * Teamwork ability. * Professional integrity and ethics.
