BIM Modeler \- REVIT Location: Lima – San Borja Sur Modality: On-site Position Objective Perform **BIM modeling of structures and construction elements** in retail projects **(Hard Discount format)**, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, coordination with the technical team, and effective integration across disciplines (architecture, structures, electrical, mechanical, plumbing). The position is aimed at **professionals proficient in Revit**, responsible and committed to quality and delivery timelines. Main Responsibilities * Develop the **structural BIM model** for assigned projects (perimeter fencing, trusses, floors, internal drywall partitions, basic sanitary and electrical systems). * Meet established **delivery deadlines** (7 business days per file). * Review **technical queries and observations** from the technical review team or client. * **Coordinate internally** with the team and externally with other disciplines (architecture, sanitary, electrical). * Keep the model updated according to site reviews and observations. * Deliver complete and properly parametrized models for technical review and documentation. * Support in **interference detection (clash detection)** and modeling adjustments according to project needs. Requirements * **Education:** Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * **Essential proficiency in Autodesk Revit (structures and general modeling).** * Minimum of **1 year of experience as a structural BIM modeler.** * Desired skills in **Navisworks and AutoCAD.** * Basic knowledge of Peruvian technical regulations (RNE). * Ability to work under pressure, organized, and focused on meeting delivery targets. * **Residence in Lima.** * Immediate availability and commitment to work.
