We are looking for a Compensation Intern to join our La Victoria headquarters to provide support in compensation and benefits management. Support the updating and maintenance of salary and variable benefits databases. Collaborate in the preparation of compensation reports (salaries, bonuses, indicators). Support the review and control of the proper implementation of variable compensation policies. Standardize formats, templates, and procedures. Assist in the review and update of job descriptions. Manage documentation and files related to the area. Requirements University student in the final cycles or a graduate with a technical degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering. Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and experience with analytical tools. Knowledge of HR indicators and basic understanding of compensation is desirable.
