At RESY Ingenieros, a company specialized in engineering and construction of factories, warehouses, and metal structures, we are seeking a Cost, Budget, and Quantity Survey Analyst to join our technical team. The professional will be responsible for preparing quantity surveys, unit price analysis, and detailed budgets for infrastructure and metal building projects, ensuring technical accuracy and economic efficiency. Responsibilities: * Prepare quantity surveys, budgets, and unit price analysis (UPA). * Prepare cost reports and progress valuations for construction work. * Support economic planning and budget control of projects. * Coordinate with engineering and execution departments to validate technical information. * Participate in the preparation of technical and economic proposals. Requirements: * Professional background: Civil Engineer or Architect. * Minimum experience: 1 year in quantity surveying, costing, and budgeting. * Advanced Excel skills, intermediate level in AutoCAD and Revit. * Knowledge of S10 and UPA. * Availability to work on-site in La Molina.
