**Cost and Budgeting Specialist** **Position Description:** A **Cost and Budgeting Specialist** is required with a minimum of **five (05)** years of experience serving as an **Engineer, Specialist, Supervisor, Head or Responsible**, or a combination of these roles, in activities related to: * Cost estimation, budgeting, progress billing, quantity surveying, work settlements or final settlement. * Engineering office, Planning or Engineering Technical Office. * Cost control, site supervision, planning or scheduling of construction projects. * Quantity surveying, cost estimation, progress billing, additional works, settlements, reports and contract management. * Cost estimation, progress billing and technical reports. This experience must have been gained in the **execution and/or supervision of projects** of the following types: **Airports, airstrips and/or hot asphalt concrete or hydraulic concrete roads** (calculated from date of professional registration).
