Our client, a leading Logistics Operator in Southern Lima, is looking to hire the best professional with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields. * Desirable specialization or diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Distribution and Transportation. * Knowledge of ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and inventory management tools. * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions (warehousing, distribution, logistics or supply chain). * Experience managing work teams and operational processes in distribution and dispatching. * Inventory control and optimization, receiving, storage and dispatching. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. * Familiarity with logistics indicators (KPIs): turnover, service level, inventory accuracy, delivery times. * Route and transportation planning. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP or similar software. **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise daily warehouse and distribution center operations. * Ensure inventory accuracy and product traceability. * Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching. * Manage operational and administrative staff at the center. * Control logistics costs and propose improvements. * Guarantee compliance with safety, quality and environmental policies. * Report performance indicators and generate management reports.
