Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise installations of new customers and services on the Core network. Ensure proper operation, support, and maintenance of the Core network and access nodes. Lead and support engineering and technical teams in handling incidents and requests. Participate in the design, planning, and execution of connectivity projects. Manage and resolve second-level incidents, coordinating on-site field support in Lima and provinces. Prepare management reports and propose continuous improvements in processes and services.
