Quality Engineer: * Supervise compliance with the quality management system on site. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in building projects, construction works, and/or Retail, specifically in finishing works. * Implement and monitor the project's quality plan. * Control field tests, inspections, and internal approvals. * Record daily protocols and ensure execution quality. * Verify equipment calibration and material certificates. * Train staff on quality procedures and standards. * Develop, implement, execute, and update the Quality Assurance and Control Plan on site. * Prepare technical reports and support the Quality Dossier. * Address client observations and non-conformities. * Hold a diploma or course in Quality Management. * Reside in Chiclayo (not mandatory).
